Because our food and beverage products are perishable, we are unable to accept

returns once items have been purchased.

However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not up to our quality standards

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review the issue and offer

either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, where applicable.

We may request photo evidence and your order receipt to process the request.

  1. Merchandise & Non‑Perishable Products

For merchandise such as retail matcha products, branded merchandise, accessories, or

packaged goods, returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is providedOnce approved, we will offer either:
  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

For orders placed through our website or delivery partners, if there is an issue with your

order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

When submitting a request, please include:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10

business days depending on your payment provider.
